T Machinery

The T Machinery a.s. company was founded for production and development of the mining technology in the year 2003. We have been reassuming the established production in this segment, that exist in South Moravia more than 75 years, when was started mechanized mining of the brown coal for mr. Bata´s firms.

The company staff is created both from the businessmen and from the specialist in branches connected with underground mineral mining. Working out the offers for our customers is completed in the cooperation with specialists of particular mining activities in order to devise the best solution both for the particular site conditions and for the economical side of view.

The mining industry has a long time tradition which reaches the early Middle Ages, when the mining of gold, silver and other rare minerals and ore started. The greatest expansion was achieved in 60s´ and 70s´ of the last century, when we can notice the underground mining and open cast mining industry. The major part of operation was fully automated with the emphasis on the underground safety increase. There are various mine-geological conditions in the Czech Republic and therefore the technologies used in mines are different. The technologies have to be prepared for particular condition required. These differences caused that the Czech companies were specialized at the particular segment necessary for mineral mining.

It is clear that many components also for our facilities and equipment are delivered by the worldwide companies, but the facility and equipment used in Czech mines is delivered by the Czech producers from 95%.

Our company is concerned as it is mentioned above mainly by export. The highest rate we achieve at the Ukraine and Russian markets, but we also sell our equipment to Poland, Slovenia, Serbia, Spain. We cooperate with German companies, we deliver parts of technologies.

The team of our specialists consists both of design engineers engaged in facility development for mineral mining and qualified specialists intended for underground mining. These are able to design and develop the method of mining on the basis of the mine geological records considering the underground mining safety and the mining effectiveness. According to customer requirements we are able to work out the various mining process projects and also the projects regarding the land reclamation to achieve as low as possible after effect involved from undermining-underground mining.

We have been developing the new facilities meeting the world standards, especially to increase the effectiveness of mine activities and decline the rate of human activity-this will eliminate the negative influence of human factor and bring more safety to coal mine activities.

Of course for our machinery and technologies we are supporting maintenance, supplies of spare parts and education training for crew.
