NOEN, Inc. was established in 1997. The main activities were focused on organization advisory, commercial representation of industrial companies abroad. Beside this, NOEN participated on power projects’ development and financial analyses for industrial companies.

There are 77 high educated and qualified experts with long term experience working for NOEN. They use up-to-date equipment when preparing analyses, projects, and expertises. They also supervise operation of bucket wheel excavators, conveyor systems, tripper cars, spreaders and coal handling equipment. In case of mining equipment modernisation, they take care about reliability and life cycle improving.
